The talk will cover the nature of Mediation and Arbitratoin, as well as their applications in the engineering related field.

About the speaker

Glenn has extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry, throughout the Asia-Pacific region. This has included acting for owners/developers; financiers; contractors; consultants; sub-contractors; and suppliers in project structuring, contract drafting and negotiation, advice during project implementation and dispute resolution. He has developed particular expertise in the resolution of commercial disputes through litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution techniques.
